How do I restore my purchase?

Open Pulse, tap the ⚡ FREE badge on the home screen, then tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy Premium.

Can I use Pulse on multiple devices?

Yes. Premium unlocks on any device signed in to the same App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account — no extra charge.

How does cloud backup work?

Premium users get automatic cloud backup. On iOS your routines sync via iCloud; on Android via Google Drive App Data. No account creation required — it uses your existing OS-level account.

My timer stops when the screen turns off. How do I fix it?

Pulse tries to keep the screen on during a session. If the screen still turns off, check your device's display timeout settings and make sure battery saver mode is not restricting the app.

I'd like a refund

Refunds are handled directly by the App Store or Google Play. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open the Play Store app, go to your order history, and request a refund there.
